This was the most amazing afternoon tea in the world! Matter of fact, this Bermuda tea was on the New York Times list for the top teas of the world. Heritage Court in the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel, hosts this wonderful affair. A sample of the Rum Tea has a tier of scones with assorted jams (Gombey and Key Lime). The middle tier has duck, lobster and a Bloody Mary shooter. The bottom (save the best for last) has assorted confections: Bermuda dark rum cake, Gossling rum balls and a banana Rum Swizzle sorbet to clean the palate. Make your reservation months before your visit to Hamilton, Bermuda. The cost was about $30 per person. Traveling by cruise ship? Docked at the Royal Dockyard or St. George, just take the ferry to Hamilton.
